Mr. Wang, Haipeng General Manager, CFA

Mr. Wang is the GM of CICC-Qianhai, on behalf of China International Capital Corporation （'CICC') , the controlling shareholder. Before he joined CICC, he worked at alternative asset investment and private equity investment departments of China Investment Corporation from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, he worked at Ruisheng Investment Corporation from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Wang received his bachelor and master degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Hu, Qihao Managing Director

Mr. Hu was formerly VP of Everbright Financial Holding, where he set up an industry fund with Henan government. Prior to that, Mr. Hu was VP of Investment and Risk Control Department in China Development Bank Capital, where he participated in large PE projects. Prior to that, Mr. Hu worked in Schneider Electric, assisting it in merging the leading domestic high-voltage inverter manufacturers and building the EMC team. Mr. Hu received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua university.

Ms. Jiang, Shanjuan Managing Director

Ms. Jiang joined CICC-Qianhai in Nov. 2015. From 2008 to 2015, she was responsible for global fund-raising and investment in CalPERS and CalSTRS private equity groups, the largest public pension funds in U.S. with total assets of around 500 billion dollars. Prior to that, she worked at GE, responsible for R&D of MEMS pressure and acceleration sensor from 2002 to 2008. Ms. Jiang got a PH.D in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA from UC Davis. She has a bachelor of science degree in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University.
